How much caffeine is in Morning Energy?

Day/Dream Morning Energy has 200mg of natural caffeine from green tea leaves- equivalent to about two cups of coffee.

How much caffeine is in Midday Boost?

Day/Dream Midday Boost has 50mg of natural caffeine from green coffee beans.

How are you getting coloring? Is it artificial?

All Day/Dream formulas are free of artificial
coloring. Our products are colored with fruit and vegetable juice.

Do Day/Dream products need to be taken together?

No, each formula is designed to stand on its own and support a specific part of your day. Use whichever products fit your routine,
individually or as a set.

Does the amount of water you use dilute it?

The active ingredients stay the same regardless of how much water you use. More water just affects flavor intensity. Morning Energy and Midday Boost are formulated for 12–16 fl oz of water; PM Relax for 8–10 fl oz. Use the range that suits your taste.

How soon before I plan to go to bed should I consume Day/Dream PM Relax?

Mix one stick in 8–10 fl oz of water about 30 minutes before bed.

Are Day/Dream products third-party tested?

All Day/Dream products are NSF certified.

Can I mix Day/Dream with sparkling water instead of plain water?

Yes, all three formulas mix well in sparkling water if you prefer some fizz.

Are Day/Dream products Kosher certified?

Yes, all Day/Dream products are OU Kosher certified.

Is this safe for pregnant women?

Day/Dream products are not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. If you're pregnant, nursing, or have an underlying health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Can this product be consumed by children?

Day/Dream products are not recommended for children. Our caffeinated formulas are
